Online Booking Procedure

Welcome to AirTourHotel.com, the Leader Online & Travel Business Intelligent System (B2B & B2C) for travel in Thailand. All functions are designed to facilitate quick access for all internet users, providing easy and complete information before you plan your vacation in Thailand. You will be happy to create your own reservation, design your own itinerary, suitable to your travel timetable and budget.

	1st Step: You can search for services (i.e. flights, excursions, package programme, hotels, transfers, recreation, special promotions, health & wellness, etc.) on the left-side navigator or menu bar or search box.
	2nd Step: All selected items will appear on your real-time itinerary, which can be easily changed and modified by clicking Update or Delete while selecting the services you require. Click CHECK-OUT once you have completed your reservation.
	3rd Step: When you are happy with your itinerary, please ensure that all guest names, times, dates, service places (i.e. hotels) and charges are correct and carefully re-check the Terms and Conditions of Booking before clicking PROCEED for further payment step.
	4th Step: Please follow our online credit card payment step by step. No deductions will be made from your card until all of your reservations have been confirmed. We regret that we cannot request or confirm a booking without your payment information.
	5th Step: You will now receive confirmation Voucher, E-Ticket and itinerary by e-mail. If some items cannot be confirmed, we will offer you alternatives before we charge your credit card.
	6th Step: Print out your final Itinerary, Voucher & E-Ticket and don’t forget to forward an e-mail to those friends travelling with you for confirmation before packing your bags.
