General Policy

 

1. Payment Policy

Our reservation is and Online Booking and Prepaid Basis.  This means that full payment can be made through our web site which secure and verify by VISA/MASTER.  Then we will provide you with a "Confirmation Voucher" under the name of our E-Able Co., Ltd. to be used for check-in.

Full prepayment by online credit card or bank transfer is required three weeks before commencement of services, with all bank transfer charges / fees to be paid by client.


 

  • Security Online Payment via our secure internet channel using your credit card. We accept Visa, Master, JCB cards. Once we have received your credit card details, we simply check from our bank, in order to guarantee and secure your booking.  Until the hotel accepts your booking, no immediate charge is made. We will charge your credit card in US dollars after having supplied you with a confirmed reservation.

  • Credit Card Fax Form for this method please download Credit Card Authorization Form on our web-site, fill it in and fax it back to (662) 722-1934.   After receiving your authorization we charge your credit card

  • Bank Transfer to one of our bank accounts.  Please kindly allow at least dates prior to the season period of reservation requirement above immediately we confirm all booking details.


 

If the money does not reach us within the specified above payment deadline, we might not be able to hold your reservation.

2. Validity of Credit Card & Void Transactions

Submission of a booking/reservation or an On-Request booking/reservation by you shall be deemed to be an IRREVOCABLE AUTHORISATION by you to AirTourHotel.com for AirTourHotel.com to check the validity of the credit card details submitted, through whatsoever means. You are required to submit your credit card details accurately, including but not limited to, your name on the credit card, the issuing bank and such other authentication mark required by the Reservation Service as requested.

AirTourHotel.com reserves the right to reject or not honour your booking/reservation, notwithstanding that the amount is charged for the Travel Product on your credit card for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the fact that if any of the card details provided by you upon your booking/reservation is erroneous or if fraud is suspected. In such instances, where the amount has been charged to your credit card, AirTourHotel.com shall take steps to cancel and/or reverse the transaction and notify you accordingly.

IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR ONLINE PAYMENT (BY CREDIT CARD) IS CANCELLED OR REVERSED BY OUR RESERVATION SERVICE OR BY THE CREDIT CARD ISSUING BANK FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE DEEMED UNSUCCESSFUL AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY US (WHETHER VIA E-MAIL OR TELEPHONE) WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS OF THE CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RESERVATION. THEREAFTER ANY DOCUMENT OF CONFIRMATION OF A TRAVEL PRODUCT, E.G. THE HOTEL VOUCHER AND/OR CONFIRMATION E-MAIL RECEIVED BY YOU EARLIER SHALL BE DEEMED NULL AND VOID.

3. Extension of Stay

Please note that if after check-in you would like to extend your stay, you should contact our office via Tel: (662) 722-1933 (Auto) Fax: (662) 722-1934 or e-mail to get these special rates.  You can pay by again online credit card or money transfer to our company’s bank account.

4. Room Rates

All room rates quoted are net per room per night in single, twin, double or triple occupancy inclusive of 10% Service Charge & 7% VAT.  They are applicable according to the contract period. 

Room Categories
Single Room - A single room is designed to accommodate one person only. The room contains one single bed or twin bed.

Double Room - A double room is designed to accommodate two people only. The room contains one queen bed or king size bed or if not available a twin bed.

Twin Room - A twin room is also designed to accommodate two people only. The room contains two single beds or if not available a king size bed.

Family Rooms - There are two main types of family rooms, as follows:

Triple Room - A triple room is designed to accommodate three people only. The room will contain either: One queen and one single bed or three single beds.

Quad Room - A quad room is designed to accommodate four people only. The room will contain either: Two queen beds or one queen and two single beds or four single beds.

**Please specify which option you require when selection**

We can also assist you in seeking accommodation that can accommodate more than four people in a room. Please specify the number of people in your party on comment column.

Extra Bed - The most of hotels are provided extra bed for children under 12 years old who share the room with their parent subject to the charge including with of ABF. prior to each hotel policy.  Some room types are not applicable for extra bed. 

Family Plan - There is no extra charge for children under 12 years old sharing the same room as their parents (limited to a maximum 1 child per room, unless otherwise stated) without extra bed.  Additional breakfast will be charged prior to meal rates.

5. Meal Rates

B = Breakfast (ABF) / L = Lunch (LUN) / D = Dinner (DNR)

  • All meal rates are exclusive of soft drink, beer and alcoholic beverages.
  • American Breakfast - The most of room rates are included (Incl.)
  • If there is the room only, the Breakfast row will appears the rates for your selection if require.
  • Meal rate are free of charge for a child under 4 years old, but 4-12 years old have to be charged 50% of Adult rate.

6. Compulsory Gala Dinners

On Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, Chinese & Thai New Year

Please be aware that most hotels organise special gala dinners which are compulsory for all guests on:

  • Christmas Day

  • Chinese New Year
end of January – early of February dates fall on different dates each year.

13 April (Songkran Festival)

These dinners must be paid for - they are a compulsory charge, regardless of whether the client wants the dinner or not.  Any clients staying at the hotel during these specific days will automatically be charged, no refund will be given. If the hotel announces its rates for the compulsory dinners at a later time, the clients have to pay for the compulsory dinner(s) directly to the hotel on the spot. Prices for compulsory gala dinners are listed in separate columns. Our rates for compulsory gala dinners are net and no further discounts apply.

1. The above is the general standard services, traveler have to check in the Notes column of each rates & book.
       
2. A maximum of two children per party are granted such discounts, Children requiring their own rooms are charged as adults rates.

Please note that hotel reservations for the above mentioned peak periods should be made as early in advance as possible many months in advance and require a non-refundable deposit to be paid to secure your reservation.

9. Confirmations

All reservation requests are normally confirmed by response e-mail or fax. In case immediate confirmation cannot be made, information of the booking status will be advised on web site. 

Your will be able to check your Booking Status by checking response e-mail message from AirTourHotel.com for your login name and password.

10. Cancellation Policy

For cancellations of confirmed arrangements, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the charges incurred.

Cancellation of tours due to minimum number of participants will be advised 4 weeks before departure of the tour.

Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supersede those stated here. In such case the Service Provider will of course inform you clearly and completely. Otherwise it will follow the cancellation policy.

Any amendment will be charged for 10% of the difference, in case the new amount is lower.

11. Refund Policy

In the event you decide to cancel your booking/reservation you may be entitled to a refund depending on the current policy in force of AirTourHotel.com and the Supplier who supplied the Hotel Product to you. The Refund Policy may differ depending upon the respective Supplier and /or Hotel Product. All such refund (if any) shall be made in the same currency paid by you upon booking/reservation through your credit card company in due course and due process.

FOR AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, notwithstanding the choice of currency paid by you upon booking, if such currency DIFFERS from the local currency of your credit card’s Issuing Bank, any refunds of payment via credit card sought by you will be converted based on the local currency of the Issuing Bank and any gain or loss incurred shall be absorbed or be borne by you. AirTourHotel.com shall not entertain any dispute arising from any gain or loss due to foreign exchange rates. Any refunds of payment via credit cards will strictly be between you and the Issuing Bank.

All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refunds process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company.  Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 15-45 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account.  Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account.
