Online Booking Policy
All booking/reservation of our products and services (collectively referred to as "the Travel Products and Services") are subject to the following terms and conditions and other terms imposed by our third party providers, fulfillment providers, airlines, other Travel Products and Services and independent supplier(s) ("Supplier") from time to time ("Supplier Terms").
1. Membership
You may only make bookings or reservations for Thailand Travel Products and Services or booking/reservation requests upon registration as a member of AirTourHotel.com. Membership is not transferable but a member may make bookings on behalf of non-members. You agree to bear full financial responsibility for all usage, access, visits or shopping via Online Booking using your login and credit card information, including but not limited to usage by minors living with you. Once you make a booking, you will receive an auto-reply by email with login password (your login name is the same as your email address) for further booking status checking. Therefore you are obliged to ensure that your login name is correct.
2. Changes to Rates
The rates quoted in respect of all Travel Products and Services are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Removal of Travel Products and Services
AirTourHotel.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to remove, modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the Travel Products and Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that AirTourHotel.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party in any way for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Travel Products and Services.

4. Reservation / Booking

AirTourHotel.com and the Suppliers are entitled at their discretion to refuse and/or decline to accept any booking or reservation placed through the Reservation Service, whether such reservations are made online or on request (where a certain Travel Product is not immediately available online) basis (“On Request”).

You are responsible for your travel planning and any bookings or reservations made based on such planning. The Online Booking will not be held liable nor entertain a refund of any nature should you book or reserve a Travel Product and Service that is not suitable.

If you have any special requests these will be passed on to the relevant Supplier but cannot be guaranteed by AirTourHotel.com.

Unless otherwise stated, all bookings or reservations are non-exchangeable and non-transferable

When making an Online Booking via the Reservation Service, you shall receive an automated email confirmation from AirTourHotel.com upon AirTourHotel.com’s receipt of your payment in FULL for the relevant Travel Product requested.

If for any reason whatsoever you do not receive an email confirmation from AirTourHotel.com after making payment in FULL, you are solely responsible to check the status of your reservation request at your AirTourHotel.com member account online or contact our Customer Services immediately at

or +662-722-1933. Please quote your Booking Number or your user name when contacting us. Non-receipt of an email confirmation by the Reservation Service shall not invalidate your reservation nor render the same void.

On Request" booking, may be submitted by you, where a certain Travel Product and Service is not immediately available online, as follows:

Submission of "On Request" Booking - The submission of your "On Request" booking shall be deemed to be an authorization by you for AirTourHotel.com to reserve and confirm the requested Travel Product immediately on your behalf.

Notification of Status of Request - Within 2 working days of the submission of your request, you shall be notified on the status of your request via email at your designated email address which was provided upon registration with AirTourHotel.com.

Check Status of Request - Notwithstanding the above, you are required and are solely responsible to check the status of your “On Request” booking at your AirTourHotel.com member account online or contact our Customer Services at

or +662-722-1933, after 2 working days from the date of the submission of your request, whether or not you have received any email notification from AirTourHotel.com. Please quote your Booking Number or your user name when contacting us. AirTourHotel.com shall not be liable to you if you do not check the status of your “On Request” booking as provided herein.

Alternative Travel Products and Services - In the event your requested Travel Product and Service is not available, you shall be provided with suggestions of alternative Travel Products and Services. NO FEES WILL BE CHARGED UNLESS YOU DECIDE TO ACCEPT ANY OF THE SUGGESTED TRAVEL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.

Confirmation of "On Request" Bookings - Upon receipt of the Supplier's confirmation of the availability of the Travel Product and Service as per your “On Request” booking and/or upon your acceptance of the alternative Travel Products and Services suggested by AirTourHotel.com, AirTourHotel.com shall be authorized by you to automatically charge your credit card for the payment in FULL and you shall receive an email confirmation from AirTourHotel.com of the receipt of your payment for the relevant Travel Product requested.

Price Difference in Quoted Rates for "On Request" Bookings - AIRTOURHOTEL.COM WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND MAKE A BOOKING ON YOUR BEHALF WHERE THERE IS A DIFFERENCE IN THE QUOTED RATES. In this instance, AirTourHotel.com will seek your confirmation before making the relevant charges to your credit card.

Cancellation - If you do not wish to wait for the confirmation after submitting booking request, you may cancel this request online, otherwise you may email us at

or call us at +662-722-1933. If we did not receive any notification from you to cancel this request, we will assume that you are still interested and we will try our best to confirm the reservation. Any cancellation after booking confirmation is subject to product cancellation and refund policy of the respective Travel Product.

5. Travel Products and Services
All Travel Products and Services posted on the Online Booking are offered by independent Suppliers and are subject to their terms and conditions and the availability of the Travel Product and service at the time of making a booking/reservation.
AirTourHotel.com does not independently verify the accuracy and quality of the information and does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or adequacy. AirTourHotel.com merely acts as an electronic booking platform for Travel Products and Services of the Suppliers and shall not be responsible nor liable for overbooking, misinformation or mishandling of any booking/reservation by the Suppliers. Nor will AirTourHotel.com be responsible for any other dissatisfaction or complaint relating to the quality of the Travel Products and Services provided by the Supplier, including any damage or loss to your personal property or personal injury howsoever sustained or caused.
AirTourHotel.com shall not be considered a party to any transaction between you and any Supplier whether or not AirTourHotel.com may have received some form of revenue or remuneration in connection with such transaction or be liable for any costs or damages arising out of any advice or instructions given, either directly or indirectly, by you or any other person involved or related to the transaction.

6. Travel Requirements
It is your responsibility to obtain a visa (where required) and other relevant travel documents at your own expense. Please ensure you have a passport valid for the duration of your trip. 7. Travel Insurance
Certain parts of the tours offered are provided by the concerned airlines, hotels, transport operators and local tourist offices operating independently. AirTourHotel.com is, therefore, not responsible for any loss, injury or damage caused thereby to the tourists including those occurring outside of the normal touring programmes.
Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, natural disaster, political actions and unrest shall be borne by the tourists. Programmes, prices, services, and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing hereof and are consequently subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Participation in the tour implies the tourists' acceptance of the above conditions.
We strongly recommend that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance when making a booking.
We recommend that insurance covers loss of deposit and other monies through cancellation, loss or damage to personal baggage and loss of money, medical expenses, and additional expenses to cover hotel accommodation and repatriation costs should any services need to be extended or curtailed due to illness or other insurance risks.
8. Liability
Neither AirTourHotel.com nor the Supplier shall be liable for damages of any kind arising out of changes to the rates, route, timetable, itinerary in respect of the Travel Product and Services due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Amendment & Cancellation Policy
You can only make amendments to your booking/reservation of the Hotel Product online by canceling your reservation and making a new reservation through the Reservation Service. All cancellations are subject to the cancellation policies stipulated by the respective Supplier. You are liable for any additional charges or expenses imposed by the respective Supplier in respect of such cancellation or changes. Any request for cancellation of a confirmed Hotel Product booking must only be made when you have logged in as a member to your personal account in www.AirTourHotel.com or authorized by you in writing (by fax or e-mail) to cancel your hotel booking. You agree NOT to hold AirTourHotel.com and/or the Services Provider liable in the event you fail to secure previously booked/reserved Hotel Product and/or room rates and/or period of stay at the same hotel while effecting such new booking.
For cancellations of confirmed arrangements, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the charges incurred.

Cancellation of tours due to minimum number of participants will be advised 4 weeks before departure of the tour. Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supersede those stated here. In such case the Service Provider will of course inform you clearly and completely. Otherwise it will follow the cancellation policy. Any amendment will be charged for 10 % of the difference, in case the new amount is lower.

10. Refund Policy
In the event you decide to cancel your booking/reservation you may be entitled to a refund depending on the current policy in force of AirTourHotel.com and the Supplier who supplied the Hotel Product to you. The Refund Policy may differ depending upon the respective Supplier and /or Hotel Product. All such refund (if any) shall be made in the same currency paid by you upon booking/reservation through your credit card company in due course and due process.
FOR AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, notwithstanding the choice of currency paid by you upon booking, if such currency DIFFERS from the local currency of your credit card’s Issuing Bank, any refunds of payment via credit card sought by you will be converted based on the local currency of the Issuing Bank and any gain or loss incurred shall be absorbed or be borne by you. AirTourHotel.com shall not entertain any dispute arising from any gain or loss due to foreign exchange rates. Any refunds of payment via credit cards will strictly be between you and the Issuing Bank.
All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refunds process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 15-45 working days for the proceeds to arrive in your account. Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account.
